Portraying the energy and creativity of humanity is something that I’ve tried portray in this piece. Energy and creativity are backbones of society and progression, despite being intangible they are worth more than money. In this piece I am representing these abstract feelings through uses of colour and pattern while incorporating the human face. The human face was important to include as it is the symbol of humanity and everything we stand for. The bright colours are used to suggest the bursts of creativity that explode inside ones mind when being expressive, the wave segment is used to embody the constant flow of energy and imagination and also how it is not rigid, it can change shape and morph into other ideas. This piece is important to my personal journey as an artist as it illustrates my passions.
